Hi all , need you suggestions on one thing. I have worked so hard this year and dedicated my time to my clients even over weeks as well but still if I don’t get hike or promotion but on the other hand If another person on the same level gets hike then should I ask my lead about this or take feedback? Why him not me?
I get this feeling sometimes another people are purposely brought in highlight and favoured regardless of our work.
I have completed almost 3 years now so should I wait for next cycle or prepare to switch?
I was in same position , I thought and I was trying also outside. I got an opportunity so I dropped my papers . Time and opportunity does come to you everytime. When it comes grab. Also 3 months notice it’s tuf to get a job outside. Keep trying and if you get any good offer. If comp doesn’t give you promotion you promote yourself .
@SteelSequel other person got default promotion from 12-11? Or normal one? Which level you are?
I am at level 11 and other one is also at the same level . There is no communication yet but I get this feeling sometimes that he is being favoured and kinda like a puppet which I don’t do
You can show you concern to lead. Ask what i need to do better
