Do we need to adhere to 1 day RTO policy during Notice Period? Can someone please confirm?

I didn't go. And there was no issue. I had seen a lead mail citing notice period employees are exempted from rto. Besides the worse they can do is terminate

If thy terminate won't we recieve relieving letter?? Termination will impact on other company joining??

You should. Beside its just 1 day a week and even 30 mins counts. I am serving np and I go to office Once a day for 30-60 min.
