Got 5 percent hike on base pay , saying it was highest we can give Not today got offer from another org with 27 percent base pay increase as i didn't have counter offer so needed to settle on this
Should I put my paper, because next peanut I am expecting next June with no confirmation on promotion as things are going now a days
Accept the 27 percent offer, put down your papers in ACN and start hunting for another offer like a wild bull. If you go all-in with a 'nothing to lose' mindset, I BET you can double your current salary, forget about 27 percent
Now VP is already disclosed so I think that won't impact
Take 27% and resign immediately. Even with promotion they will give you 25-30% but when that is going to happen is uncertain. Look for more options during your notice period.
