Trending @Accenture; Offer letter of 9 lpa
My current CTC including vp is 6.83 lpa and I got an offer of 9 lpa. I am not satisfied with the offer but they said it's the max they can give. Can I negotiate with my current manager to give me a hike otherwise I will leave the company. Does anyone else face this situation, the manager agreed to give a hike when told you are going to leave the organisation?
Take the offer and resign, while on notice period try to get more better offers.
Current managers cannot be trusted even if they match offer
Accenture doesn't have such policy to give hikes based on offer letter. Resign accept the other offer and try other places in a meanwhile

Bero they will not match... Simply prepare backup of u by giving you false promises. So shutup and keep applying. Using 1st offer get another offer more than this like that try to reach the max u can that is the only way to increase salary
