I am getting an offer from Wells Fargo, P3 senior avp - ic role. I am current at level 9 with overall 8 years of experience. I have a good project here with not so much of pressure but my work doesn’t feel challenging to me anymore. Should I switch or stay? I am getting 30% hike on my fixed CTC.

Move out of Accenture, after 1 year if you want to come back, then approach your managers. Before leaving make sure not to burn bridges here 😉

Move out of Accenture with whatever offer you have.You have a sword hanging over your neck every 6 months unless you sacrifice your sleep, friends, family.
