Trending @Accenture; Nov cycle

Hey Folks,

I’m a fresher completing my first year at Accenture this November, and it’s my first time experiencing the promotion cycle. I recently had a positive check in with my manager, where he approached me and mentioned I was doing well.

Given this, I wanted to ask if it’s reasonable to stay optimistic about the upcoming cycle, or if it’s better to keep expectations low ? 🤔

Also, as I approach completing my one year, I would really appreciate any suggestions on what areas I should focus on at this stage. Additionally, any guidance on how I can plan and work towards Level 11 in the future ?
