Trending @Accenture; "Noticed a Pattern in My Manager's Communication – Should I Be Concerned?
My manager has consistently ignored me when it comes to regular check-ins or one-on-one meetings. While I understand that managers get busy, it feels odd and frankly unfair that he seems to be in frequent touch with other colleagues—especially the female ones—while I’m completely left out.
He has called and had one-on-ones with every other reportee on our team except me. I’ve tried to remain professional and not overthink it, but this pattern has been going on for a while now and it's starting to affect my motivation and trust in leadership.
Has anyone else been in a similar situation? How did you handle it?

This is very common thing managers do, nothing new.
Constantly ask for the meeting if he asks to reschedule don't do it for next week ask for the next day and if nothing works ask a meeting with skip level

evrn during team outing he personally call and invites everyone except me. But it doesn't seem there is grudge against me or something like that everythings cool but i dont understand him😅

No, then there must be something in you which he doesn't like, maybe you're outspoken, maybe you're not like others who says yes to everything.
Managers tends to dislike raw and real people generally

🥲my manager didn't appreciate My achievements while he does for every other ppl in a common group.

Bro anyway layoff season is going on, so be relaxed.
During layoff season luck plays a major role than your feedback.
Even I have started upgrading my skill, updating resume and updating LinkedIn, I never know when my name will come in the lottery.

This will end up getting you out of the project. Just wait n watch, he will connect with you along with skip level and will tell you.
Hey, we don't find you fit for the project. You have this much time to find a new project.

nope. doesn't look so. i just feel my manager is a pervert
