I am serving notice period. 55 days are left for my LWD, still my project manager does not know that I have resigned. My people lead is not allowing me to tell my project manager, People lead is tell if you tell your project manager you will face exit issues. I am a shared resource to a project. I want to get to more time to live with my family and grandmother, search a new flat and prepare myself for interviews and also for new job. What can I do please help
Be bold and take stong steps. They can literally do nothing in your case. You have resigned from the company and they have no right to hold you after your notice period. The chance is that your project manager already got to know about it as soon as you resigned. 95% he would have already communicated with your people lead. So be confident and tell him. You will not face any exit issues.
Have you sent your resignation email. If yes take help from DIPA it will raise an incident. Whether accepting and all will happen once you raised the incident.
Once the incident raised you will start your exit formalities. Accenture HR team will arrange one case manager for your exit formalities till you leave from Accenture. Currently I am doing the same.
LOL , it's the team leads duty or supervisor to inform him first not yours , don't know why there are taking such risk
Make sure you do your work well and keep the connections under control without causing a damage to your reputation. If you maintain it, nothing to worry at all. They cannot do anything with your papers.
