can we decrease the time duration pf notice period? Like I got a higher study opportunity and to go there I need to leave accenture under 2 months. What can be done? Please need some guidance on this will be really helpful!!

Talk to HR and your manager. In the case of Higher studies they approve the reduction of notice period. But you will need those proofs handy.
