Trending @Accenture; Notice Period Policy in ACN

Any Idea why there is a different policy within ACN? Currently in my project is 60 Days which is Non IT.
But I see majority vote for 90 Days. What are guys into IT or Non IT?

I am in IT field, for me notice period is 90 days
