Trending @Accenture; Notice period please help

Can I use my leaves to get out from company serving minimum notice period.its my 11th month in Accenture,so notice period will be 1 month or 3 months? . I have around 41 leaves left , ig this will cover almost 2 months ..please let me know if you are aware of this

If you are a new joiner and have less than one year in Accenture for them notice period is 1 month.

You have to serve 90 days , they will not reduce and release you before that. Be prepare to suffer

Within 6 months it is 1 month of notice period...post that if you belong to ATCI it is 3Months if AIOC it will be 2months If manager and Hr approve you can redeem your leave for notice period days and pending day can be buyedout Q? With 11months in Accenture how you are able to have this many leave 41 is un achievable
