I will be completing my one year at Accenture in feb ,should i put my papers now or wait till feb as im not liking here
Put papers after Nov, so that there are not talent discussions, and they can't put you in PIP.
Talent discussion will close in November or in mid December or till last date of December? Even I’m thinking to put papers but I’m afraid of this PIP that’s y I’m asking..

After completing 1 year as an associate your probation will end and hence you'll have to serve a 3 month notice period. If you're serious about leaving then you can apply and get a job elsewhere without serving any notice period here.
