Trending @Accenture; Notice period on bench
I joined Accenture on 23rd Sept 2024 as a L10 level, and I am currently on bench for the last 7 weeks. I am unable to proceed with external interviews because NP is becoming a constraint. Does anyone know what is the bench period on bench?

I got an early release from the management side because my project was over. So yes, it is very much possible if business feels they can let you go. I was able to manage 16 days post roll off from my project.

The total notice period served is 44 days. 28 days being on project WBS. 16 days after project roll off.

Okay thanks for the info.
Actually I got a call from Honeywell, but they are going to schedule my interview only if I show them a written confirmation that Accenture will be able to release me within 15 days.
By any chance can I get such an official confirmation?
FYI, I don't have any offer. I just want the proof to get my interview scheduled

But every other company has 90 days NP right? How do ppl switch then?

You can get early release in bench. As you dont have a project. But this you have to negotiate after u drop papers

If you are on bench you do not need to serve NP, you will be releasable within 5 days. Period of bench is 45 days officially.

*notice period while on bench?
