I want to negotiate my notice period of 90days to 1-2 months . Would it be possible here at Accenture? And whom to discuss for this ? It’s my first time switching so what is the process here?

In lot of situations they agree but sometimes they don’t. Depends on your dependency in project, your leads and what reasons you are having. Buy out option can also be reasoned if you have an offer in pipeline and they agree do the buy out to shorten the notice pd
