Trending @Accenture; Notice period issue, suggestions.

I resigned a few weeks back and have asked to reduce notice period, due to some family issue, at that time my peoples lead said we will look into it and to drop a mail to him and hr.

Now, My manager has asked pl to not jump in matter and let hr take the call, I have mailed Hr. for time to schedule a meeting, he is not replying.

My pl clearly told me that i will have to be with them and work for whole 3 months, and will have to roll me off if I dont work.

I work from different city and am plannig to go to hometown, serve notice period doing wfh and nearest office.
