Trending @Accenture; Notice period is negotiable!

Hi Everyone! I recently put down my papers when I was filling the exit form in service now page or the workday you will find a separation date which usually is your last working date calculating 90 days but you can edit the separation date and provide the date you wish to leave and your supervisor will contact you further to provide documents in support of your urgency to leave! Provide a better reason to leave which is more acceptable and you may need to pay for the days you would not be serving form the notice period! If I get to know about the amount which we need to pay I’ll post it soon!🤗hope it helps!!

There can be some loopholes in every company!! Check with your manager or supervisor.. else HR.. I’m not sure yet!! But there would be some clause which can help us in reducing our notice periods

Guys, I found myself in a situation where I am currently Serving Notice Period and And my current project is got over still the team has kept me locked in the same project and not moving me out to bench. Manager says there are some. policies that needs to be followed before transferring the resources to the bench and it's not easy he is not even explaining the policy clearly what is it. He is instead trying to force me to take leaves and finish my remaining notice period days. I don't want to utilise my earned leaves because it will be encashed to me. Sick /casual leaves I have already utilised. My manager is asking me to confirm about early release on email what can I do in this situation please help

This works most of the time when you are leaving the company for higher studies not for company switch I have seen 99% of times your supervisor won't agree for this if there is a reason other than higher studies.
