Trending @Accenture; Notice period early release

Hi All, I have another offer from company and they will release the offer if notice period is less than 45 days. But Accenture has strict policy of 90 days.

Someone please tell me a solution to this? I am ready to pay the amount that I will be have to be paid for 45 days.
