Can we negotiate the notice period.wenhave 90 days of np in Accenture right?
I have given interviews at other company but as soon as they hear 3 months of np they hesitate to contact.

I suggest you update your notice period in the Naukri portal and mention your last working day (3 months from now). HR filters the data accordingly to find candidates who are serving their notice period for interviews.
