Trending @Accenture; Not reporting at base location
Since 3 months iam not reporting at base location reporting in nearby location without informing to people lead iam getting office presence mail as cc as people lead. She is not talking about the office presence. If I inform her she won't accept to report at nearby location. Can I continue reporting at near location. Any suggestions please ......
Dont take risk.. u r vulrenable to be kicked out anyday because its an compliance issue.. and accenture takes hard action. Your PL cant save you... so dont try to rest your case on her...
I don't understand Will they are seeing just office visits or location also who ever visited till now did not got any compliance issue. Will the reported location is also saved for future purpose
If time comes and people are getting Laid off then you might be highlighted sice you are not joining from Base Location
City should be same that’s a definition of base location. It will be complaint issue if your base location is diff city and you are punching in diff city
If PL is ok with reporting at nearby location whether this also compliance issue and whether the past reports are considered for future. But till now I didn't received any compliance issue
Talk to your lead and get location updated, you never know when HR will send email on the same
Safer side is to talk/email to your Manager and CC HR(if possible), saying you can't visit base location due to some family/personal/medical issues so need to be around family, hence requesting for base location change.. they can change the base location on request.
And if they ignore it you would have proof that you already mailed your concern to manager.
Yes getting green tick successfully recorded as it mentioned continue to adhere to the requirement
Sorry to say but it’s a compulsion now.. Many ppl in my project have got official warnings and it’s going to impact an individual overall.. don’t take risk.. shift to the base location now and then make connections and try to get a transfer nearby to your hometown or preferred location..
Lot of ppl are visiting different location in same city it's not a problem.
Everyone gets office presence mail. If you getting message not reporting base location. Then system will automatically loop your manager and your manager will ask you to report base location. If no manager asks you anything then enjoy. Near by location within same city is never a problem.
Whatever the case may be, if you’re doing something against your company policy, then you r bound to be punished, whatever it is, just be prepared for the consequences bruh
If your manager didn't say anything don't discuss continue the same way
Pl generally doesn't see which location you're going until it is marked as present so it's fine
