I am in a deadlock situation, I have received a call regarding role-off as an ASE and my RO date is still not updated. I am not getting any calls even when i ask my current PMO they ignore my messages, they say "We cant update RO for ASE". since RO date is not shown so I am still not getting any interview calls. Either they want to keep me in non performing list (PIP) or they don't want to give any work. I was among the most performing ASE's. All the tasks were duly submitted by me on Time, and over 250+ PRs. If they want to play foul Politics I am the scapegoat I am not sure what will happen to me

haha this syndrome, best advice is stick to your skill if there’s work just work , no work them ask for it or try something else wait. If you know what you do, or have good skill then pip and all is none of your business as you know you will clear it.
Why I said this is coz you are there for learning and experience and not for life long relationship. Pip or whatever happens you are bound to leave
just keep preparing, be what market demands that’s it. All these pip and all matters when you are at manager position and planning to retire in this company not in ase or aase
