Trending @Accenture; Not getting the shift allowance fully.

It's been 3 months and a few people in my team are not receiving the shift allowance fully (including me). Every time you follow up with your lead or HR they will simply ask you to open an incident with the payroll team. Once the incident is open it remains open without any followup and gets close automatically without proper reason. Since last 3 months we are doing this but there is no one to listen to . What should be done in this situation ?

Same case with me , I did not receive a part of my Salary for the month of June. I was asked to open tickets with Payroll and Myte. Even After raising multiple tickets and follow Ups they don’t clearly answer my question and now have stopped responding and closing tickets .

First check with your du manager if he has approved your shift allowance or not.
If yes then send an email to IDC_OCSA_Support
