Trending @Accenture; Not getting released from project.

Hi All, i need some opinion here if there is any PM or above person here. Recenty i joined a new project (January). After having KT i realised that i am not able to continue with this role and i conveyed the same to my people lead and manager. I have been told to continue for quarter meanwhile they will find the replacement. But instead of that they are assigning more responsibility and asking me to perform. I have heighlighted this again but theu said we will release when pyramid refresh will happen. Now i am not sure what to do. Its impacting my sleep and overall health. Please help if anyone has solution.
