Trending @Accenture; Not get released from my current project.

I had conveyed my manager that I want to released from the current team. She has said that it will take atleast 3 months to get released. It's September now I'm still not released. She is saying it might even take 2 more months. Please help what can I do ? I'm an associate lvl 12

For me when I asked to be released from the project they were not ready and asked either be in the project or leave

Things got escalated to HR.Then I stayed in the project.One of my friends was stuck in the same situation she had another offer so she resigned.

Your manager's dragging their feet. Escalate to HR or higher-ups. Make noise until they can't ignore you. Be relentless.
