Trending @Accenture; Not feeling happy at all!!

Today I got 5.67% stay at level hike and 6.3% bonus. I was told that there is a chance to get promoted to L10 from L11. I was asking for promotion for the last 1 year but still didn't get. Feeling demotivated right now.. Maybe it's time to look for other opportunities.
