Trending @Accenture; Not able to RTO due to shuttle

I booked a shuttle from near my home this Wednesday but couldn’t go since I was sick… I tried booking for this Friday after booking the seat, but there were no shuttles tp my route. Then I booked a seat on for today n I tried, again no shuttle for my route.

How is this even possible, it was there on Wednesday but not Thursday and Friday? Having a shuttle is very important to me since my place is like 30kms away from office so I dont wanna commute through bus or Uber. It'll cost me 1.5k.

Is this temporary, will it be back by next week ? Whom can I contact? I started going via shuttle from a month only so I dont know the drivers number or anyone so much. Does this happen sometimes ? Pls need advice
