
Trending @Accenture; Not able to resign because the stupid contact number was not updated on workday. Even after doing it it’s not showing in support portal.
Support portal mentioned to update contact number in workday which I did two days ago and it’s not reflecting yet. This messes up my last date in Accenture. What should I do?

It usually gets updated in a day, the tool will allow you to go 7 days back from the current day.

It happened with me also as I had not updated in work day.. I hope you have updated the contact number in work day profile.. once it’s done submit it. And close the tab again try to reopen in a new session. It will work.

Ideally this happens in 1 day. Make sure you have sent resignation email. Once the number gets updated, you can yourself change the last working day, but the tool allows you to select a LWD upto 7 days ago only. So make sure you connect with HR fast and get this done

It will take 4-5 working days to reflect in support portal.

You have mailed right for resign. You can connect with your case manager and they will adjust the LWD. You can attach that mail on request once it got updated.
