Just got to know that there will be normal promotions across all levels in June cycle and communications will be starting from 27th May.
I connected with my DU lead on one-to-one. He was telling me that there are no mid year promotions and there are no slots open. The communication was started by leadership for promotion but then it got stopped in the middle - Hence we are seeing this much delay. But there might be a possibility of hike but that too not sure.
Now I am wondering if person of level 6 dont know what is going to happen, who are these people at Grapevine and what is your level guys who are confirming that promotions are happening? What is your source of information?
What is normal promotion?? Do you mean promotion without hike?
No, as per last year communication, there was a promotion freeze above a certain career level, I was it was 8. Even for below than 8, it was very limited. But this time, it'll be normal, as it was before last year's freeze.

For me also My Manager said this year we don’t have yet any confirmation about promotions cycle in June.And last year no hike in Accenture.means after 2 yrs only they will giving something to US.
What about Hike Leave about promotion need good hike and already variable pay is getting effected
