Trending @Accenture; Normal or Not?

If I am working more than someone who is at a higher level than me (Except managers and above), then is that normal or I need to change?

Do associates have more work than analysts? Or it is only me who is working more?

Associates have lesser work volume compared to TL or SE or SSE. But they take a lot more time to do the same work due to lack of project knowledge or tech expertise so it feels like they do more work.

But it depends on case to case basis. Ik instances where SEs had more work volume then SSEs

We might be less experienced, but definitely not on lack of knowledge. When it comes to technical expertise, we might not be aware of everything but I can bet that I am an expert in what I am doing.

As I said, it's case by case basis. For instance, I flunked green field coding test as a direct analyst. But today I'm the youngest TL.

P.s: we think we knowall in tech until you have to solve a prod issue that no one has seen even in Oracle communities lol. N tech be humble buddy.

It all depends on the type of work based on your project. In my project ASE and SE put more effort and work than SSE's. SSE's only guide.
