Trending @Accenture; NOC for NDA
I'm working on a project from accenture India, there is a vacancy in the client's end. I cleared the interview. They said I need to get NOC from accenture due to NDA. Can anyone suggest how to get? The client is from another country.

Accenture will never provide No Objection Certificate for you to join their client. That’s why NDAs are signed between client and Accenture, so they can’t hire consultants. Someone from client team has to reach out to your project MD and ask for your release for which leadership never allow or ask a hefty amount for not honoring the NDA .. now ask that question to yourself- are you really that important resource for client!
One option could be to abscond and join client if client is ready with it.

Thanks for your response.
What about serving proper notice period and leaving accenture. Hoping that there will be at least a month of time to join the client location after the notice period.
Will it cause any issues?
