Trending @Accenture; No variable pay if in notice period?

Hello folks,

I just got an update from my lead that I won’t be receiving any hike and variable pay as I have dropped my papers. My LWD is June 14th. So I believe I should be receiving the variable pay atleast if not hike as my LWD is in June. Can someone please let me know if this is the case in accenture or should I be definitely getting the variable pay?

As per the Accenture policy if you are an active employee on variable payout date you should receive it however if hr or manager made it to zero percent just because you are already leaving then I am not sure
