Trending @Accenture; No show in Weekly presence report

Hi, I went to ofc to swipe the card on Saturday night around 12:30 AM for 5 mins, but it was not captured in the report. As I was in night shift for the whole week, so couldn't be in ofc for more days. Can anyone suggest, to whom we can raise this query?
