Trending @Accenture; No shift B allowance.
Recently got a new project where we are unofficially told to work in shift B i.e. 1 to 10 pm, I raised it with my supervisor and she said that there is no compensation for this and it won't be the case that you'll have to extend till 10 every day, but since the last 2 weeks which is also start of the project for me, I have to extend no matter what as there are calls scheduled with Onshore.
Don't work after 8. If it crosses 8, claim shift B. Highlight to DU lead if the manager doesn't accept and loop in HR. Don't even work for 1 day in charity. They are rich, you aren't
There are many projects in Accenture like this where they don't pay shift allowance (eg: 11 to 9, 2 to 11).
If you ask them they'll tell to work from 9 to 6 and attend calls during evening/night.
