Trending @Accenture; No questions asked related to talent discussion

My manager or even PMO didn't even ask anything about Proficiency level or certifcation or anything on excel sheet to fill. Just absolutely nothing. My PL doesn't even knows if talent discussion happened or not, he wasn't asked about it he says. (He been 10-11 month in company with only me as reportee he is L7) Although feedback and all are execellent both from PL and PMO on workday as well as verbal... but as I'm seeing other people are asked from other projects I'm not asked a single things... What this means?
