Hello, I joined Accenture India in July 2021 at CL 10 and till now after 2.6 years I am at same level even after my performance feedback is good. Does it take this much long in Accenture for moving to CL 9 from CL 10?

Same for me. Have joined in June 2021, got ACE awards for 2 consecutive years and have now been nominated for TechStar, yet no promotion.

3 years is the max I have heard for people who actually are consistent performers, maybe this march for you probably then :)
