Trending @Accenture; No promotion

I am working in Accenture since 3+ years and it is support project but i have done relevant certifications and automated few manual tasks in the project my lead is expecting me to work overtime and not willing to give promotion or hike or rolloff from the project.I am not getting calls from outside as well what should i do can anyone please help.
