My MAL 43 😔

In December, I talked with my manager about expecting a promotion, showing all the improvements I made to simplify our project task. However, I was told there would be no promotions, as a stated in a company mail.  A month ago, I brought this up again, highlighting my efforts during critical times. My manager said she would ask the leads and try her best. But today, she’s saying the same thing again: wait until the the December cycle.
