Trending @Accenture; No project calls
I joined 10th Feb , but still didn't recived any calls for project. I am soft locked for 1 project. And no one is responding to the mail and teams pings . anyone have any idea how we can solve this issue .
Just enjoy the time bro... In Accenture mostly after enrolled into a project you don't have time to learn.. So, use this time to learn and chill... As a fresher your role is to learn technologies. Positioning you in a right place is carried out by Accenture and that's their role...

Its kind of tiring and frustrated as project is not assign yet almost 1month completed . joined this company hoping for good devops project. Even joined on base location which another state by the way .
No worries...find out the project manager and connect with him..Ideally soft lock happens when you're hired for any specific project...could there be delay of the project you will be soft locked so that you will not look for another project...
No i checked with project POC but they tried to eveluate internally, bit beacuase of experience mismatch they said we will release on bench but they said like 20 days ago still didnt release me
