Are you sure? 🤣 how you got to know holidays?

What if the client calendar has holiday on 1st Jan?

Did anything good has every happened here in Accenture? Last year there was no hike adjust it's budget this year when we expected good hike we got nothing but chillars so don't expect anything good herr

Ughhh this is horrible. It's become an optional holiday, seriously? 😐
I think there is a workaround- usually optional holidays reset with the new year (Jan-Dec year cycle) so optional holidays will be replenished and we can anyways take a holiday on Jan 1st but the Only downside is that 1 of the 2 optional holidays will be used up smh
