Trending @Accenture; No hike since 2years

It’s been more than 4 years on same level with almost same package . Every cycle they are saying I will get promoted in this cycle and during communication they are saying now the main cycle is on June again in June they will say it’s on December. I don’t understand. It’s so frustrating. How come one will get motivated to work and give their best in this case
