Trending @Accenture; No hike No promotion since 4 years.
I joined accenture in june 2021 and received 1st hike of 7% in dec 2022. Post which till date there has been no hike no promotion. I have 8+yrs industry of experience, a post grad from a prestigious college and working as a Sr. Busines analyst (level 10) having a client facing role. My current package not even touches 14 lacs(includes basic fixed and variable). HR leads and talent leads giving unsatisfactory responses even saying that my salary is highest per companies standards which is not true. Even after receiving multiple positive feedback from client side and contributing in expanding companys account at client side, nothing has been acknowledged by organization till date. What should i do. ?? Any suggestions??

Same boat, switching is the only solution.

Same bro, 5 years no promotion

Same story bro. Staying in accenture doesn't make sense. It's better to switch before the regret sets in and takes a toll on your self confidence.

Two options first one try to change the project since this project does not have the budget to increase your salary.
There might be high chance you get promotion and good hike
Second option is to leave the company

They say issue is with their records that somehow when i got internally moved to a new market, they are not able to see my details and system is not allowing them to provide me hike or promotion due to new market policies...

These people have been giving fake hopes, atleast 15 people reached out to me to collate data regarding my project and skillsets, there is no internal sync between them. And after all hopes and multiple discussions they simply said that somehow the system did not allow talent lead to give me any hike or promotion as my name was greyed out. Also HR leads justifying by saying that this time promotions and hikes are given to those who are at lesser salary than me. It’s not my fault that someone was hired below market rate — nor should I be penalized for it. This logic not only disregards merit and contribution, but completely devalues loyalty and long-term performance.
