Trending @Accenture; No hike, no award, no appreciation

I have been working in Accenture as an AI/ML specialist for a year and 4 months. I have conducted many KT sessions, got good feedbacks from big clients of Accenture, worked very hard. I have had no appreciations, 0% hike in the last 2 cycles. The HR said while joining that the variable pay would be good but that was an absolute sham. Is it okay to resign?
