I joined in accenture past 2 years before with good CTC and with joining bonus . Still im getting the same pay with performing good performance in team .. How can I switch to other company ? with 3 months notice period 😬? Shall i apply resignation and look for the job or is that right time to switch ? how is the market for oracle technology?
Similar experience, but my technology is .net , which is quite common tech and I might not get the desired ctc im looking for in the this current situation outside. So testing my patience and waiting for either hike / promotion

DO NOT resign without an offer in hand, tough times are ahead. Iran and Iraq are going into war within a week. And as usual the US will interfere.
And there is news that this time many countries will get pulled in this war and it's going to be a long battle
You can resign first and once notice period start you start applying after amonth pass out. By then prep and don't engage in additional work efforts for Accenture. If no offers you can take your resignation back,just make sure to have a good relationship with your people advisor and supervisor
once i revert my resignation, i cant’’t apply resignation until one year completion ..i don’t know the exact duration may be 6 - 12 months
Get a job first and then resign. Or try to get on bench and then start applying....while on the bench u can ask for buy-out, this may be possible, but in the project, there is no way, u are going to get an early release if required.
