Whats is wrong with accenture . They are not giving hikes promotions from last 3 years Project work is already so hectic . Today got mail saying you cant work from any office from city but one u are tagged . What they want from us with this chillar salary to resign? Or utilize this chillar salary to spend on traveling and leave kids at home and travel to far away locations and then they will keep increasing RTO days ? They are giving full lavish ctc to laterals at same post and role but existing employees zero and they call themselves we include everyone diversity bla bla we are this that company . What is this behavior by torturing ur employees ?
You summerized it well. And people are resiging as well. They are giving money to lateral hires so they join, stay for 2 years, and leave.
If they cant feed us pla don’t torture us this way we are not taking salaries for free that my point . Clients are anyways sucking our blood
My project is going for bidding along with present one adding many others, work will increase but hike remains same
There is no point of staying here now, they have taken all steps to torture existing employees.
Market currently is not that great to switch hardly any jobs specially business analysts roles so i am stuck here. I m trying so hard to come out of accenture . Wish me luck 🍀

QQ is per the compliance mail is Accenture planning to pull people at the project location? Will the projects won’t be running in distributed manner as they are running from 6 yrs, we have our kids going to school In Noida, purchased a flat in noida on EMI but if my project is not operating from noida will they ask me to relocate?? Is leaving ACN is the only option left now??
No its not like that - so we have project distributed across diff cities this mail is saying that from ur own city location ur project account is tagged to 3/4 locations out of 7 so you can only work from the location you are tagged from project that is location 1 only if you want to get tagged to other 3 locations PMO can help . But rest 3 locations in ur city cant be use for RTO because ur project is not tagged to them . Even if they are feasible locations for traveling they dont care go to locations far away where project is tagged . You dont have to relocate city . This is only in case if ur project is not tagged in that city situation will be chaotic for many employees

Definately but why torture employees who are working and giving 100% to their company with chillar salary . They will hire laterals with higher salaries and ready to train them but are all ok if we resign with this frustration who have been in company from past few years
What does this mail mean? We can't go to office as per own at same location
Means u can only go to the location which u r tagged in same city as well not according to your convenience so every project has 2/3 locations in the city tagged so only those are applicable going forward for rto if u go to other offices in same cury ur rto wont be counted
