Trending @Accenture; No hike from last 2+ years

I joined Accenture in Jan 2022 as Analyst, I had 2.5 years of experience at that time. In Nov 2022 appraisal cycle, I did not get any hike because I didn't completed one whole year at Accenture. Then they promised to give me more hike than usual in 2023 appraisal cycle. In 2023 I also talked to my seniors regarding my promotion as my total experience was now 4 years. They said they will try. But in Nov 2023, they didn't gave me promotion to Senior Analyst despite having 4+ years of total experience. And also there were no hikes last year, and my senior said that your luck is bad because for first appraisal cycle you were not eligible and in second appraisal cycle there were no hikes for base level. So now I've 4.6 years for experience, I'm still at Analyst designation, and I didn't get any hike from last 2+ years at Accenture. And I think there won't be any mid year hike in 2024 as well. I'm doing all the tough & new development tasks in my team, I do the prod deployments, I handle everything in my team (more than my team lead). Still they don't care. They gave me awards (ACE, TechStar) and praises me for my work during review calls but no hike or promotion. Then of course all the deserving employees will leave Accenture.
