Trending @Accenture; No Hike + bad workday feedback!
Hi Everybody! I am currently at Level 10 and have received no hike/promotion since last two years. I had worked very well in all the projects that I was a part of. But, I took a voluntary release from my last project due to the people there. The people lead and L6 manager posted false and bad feedback on my workday. After which, I have been locked in a project that doesn't match my skillset. Shall I still hope for a hike or promotion or it's time to look outside for a better job?
I feel bad. I've seen such arrogance and stupid people here in Accenture. Just because we don't go along with whatever nonsense they say, they try to push us down. Such a bad environment here.
Definitely look outside because now you’ll be given the lowest rating and that will continue in most of your future ratings better get out when you get the opportunity
How did you get release from that project? I am trying but they are not providing release easily. Any tips?
They never release us easily. You'll have to include the HR PA and tell him/her that you need release from the project. Keep the manager, TL everybody on loop while you send this email to the HR PA. You'll have to be ready for the adverse effects as well. They might draft very negative feedback for you, the same happened with me.
Additionally, I would advise you to complete any pending work to remove all the dependencies from you, this will make your release easier.
Bro, in this situation assume no hike or promotions, if you get its good and if not then also you will have no affect but I'll say better start searching instead of hoping in these kinds of situations.
