Trending @Accenture; No hike again..
Accenture is again gaslighting employees like last cycle. Last cycle we where told June 2025 will be the main cycle and now we are being told dec 2025 is the main cycle. Honestly instead of gaslighting us like this, the company should tell we do not want to give hike, do whatever you want.
If they srsly don't have budget why they are hiring and why there is so much headcounts on bench( I am not saying they should be removed or not hired) but who is doing strategy here they are blocking path for freshers who are not getting good works here and existing employees doesn't have anything after working hard
And they say we are giving variable pay but boss it is our CTC only not extra that we are getting
Due to this reason employee who are working so hard are getting nothing
