I haven't got my charge code, I've hardlock into this project in mid January And still when Ive asked my pmo he has said discussion is going on
And yet no updates
Lately I've involved my hr with the same but on mail he has written he'll connect with me and still not got any updates, is it normal ?? As all my peers got their charge code within a week of joining the project and I'm feeling bench code while working in project
Escalate this to HR and convey the same thing that you are charging for Bench code though you are into project
If HR didn’t respond then ping him teams chat or if he still is not responding then go to work day and there you can see hr lead then loop him in the mail and escalate . If you are scared then they will Make you to go out of Accenture
Ya informed HR , she is helping
She advised to add her in cc while asking it to PMO AND afterwards HR reverted the same adding more pressure
But still they(PMO) are saying they'll connect with me
YET NOT REPLY in teams not atleast letting me know from when will I be getting the charge code

Just escalate and document everything and attach it to mail tag hr and lead hr your workday manager , before things go out of your hand
My hr and workday manager knows all (but they are like, I've mailed pmo about it that's all from my side, now pmo ignoring every mail and u not getting the charge code that's not our issue)
But who is the lead hr? Where to find him ??

May I know, which project is this ? Same happened with me for 2 months and then I asked them to release me. I used unassigned code. They told they will give me charge code but they didn't. It has affected my chargeability.
Im also facing same problem, I have been locked to this project a month ago still didn't got my charge code, currently using unassigned charge code...Also got ping from strategic team that im showing in leakage report for that month
If you don't use charge code you usability will come as 0% percent. Utlization less than 100% means less change of hike/variable.
If you are ASE < 6 months, you will have to use shadow charge code.
