Trending @Accenture; No changes for me
Today i talked to my PL and he said indices portal he is seeing no change for me. That means no promotion. Since last 2 years listening same thing WTF.
Can you share with me the years of experience being in Accenture and in this project. Since the Accenture eligibility of promotion is 3 years .Even this 3 years promotion is applicable only if you have been 3 in the same project
In Accenture since 3.7 years in new project since more than 6 months
Then you will not be a part of the promotion list.Since you have joined the new projects barely completed a year. All 3 years of your hard work and dedication been known by previous team. Your project should have recommended for promotion.but I am not sure they shared any feedback to new project manager. If your new project manager may consider in Dec 2025 cycle or June 2026 due you are been Accenture more than 3 years.
I have been Accenture for 7 years.I got my first promotion in 2022
