Trending @Accenture; No bereavement leaves

My manager declined me bereavement leaves as I'm on notice. which means accenture has a strict policy for the notice period. I have been asked to extend if leaves are required...😢 . Or take leave when you join the New company. Also had to listen to Manager words ( he was disappointed) for not turning up to the office.
