Trending @Accenture; Night shift & RTO attendance clarification

Hey folks,

Quick question on RTO tracking for night shifts. If someone works a shift that spans two calendar days (for example, 9:30pm to 7am), how is attendance usually counted in reports?

Does it show as one day or two days, and does this vary by project/manager?

Would appreciate hearing how this has worked for others. Thanks!
